Hi,
I am using Repetier Server Pro 0.93.1 and my printer uses an SKRv1.4 controller with Marlin 2.0.5.3 firmware.
When I use the printer LCD to command stop print, the printer stops printing, homes, then returns to the previous printing location and continues printing.  Selecting STOP from Repetier Server stops the print a expected.  Print log below:

G28 command broken

Hi,
Recently printing some models with Repetier host ( V2.1.6), When G28 X Y command is issued, it treats as G28 X0 neglecting Y completely. However, the same file printed with SD card and with Pronterface works like charm, no issue. Initially thought it was buggy firmware, but pronterface printed fine, so I suspect it has to do with Repetier host. Pls, Take look into it.

Sending G28 Y works as G28 Y0, but doesn't home when G28 X Y when given.

Machine used: Monoprice Mp10 Mini

Thanks

MacOS 10.14.6 - Inst. MAC Version of Rep-Server - USBconnect to printer not working with other slicr

I did as above, installed the MAC version of Rep-Server as a test version. Then move over to PI3+ and forgot abt the MAC Vesion Anyhow, therafter, when I wanted to connect S3D or Cura or Pronterface with the printer (CR10SProV2), USB did not allow connection and reported CRC error. Some communication with pronterface was still possible. But not with S3D or Cura. Deleted rep.server from launchd service via command line (sudo launchctl unload /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.repetier-server.RepetierServer.plist) and removed the plist file (sudo rm /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.repetier-server.RepetierServer.plist) and thereafter deleted all other remains of rep-server (found them via EasyFind). Restart and everything fine again. This deep involvement of Rep--Server is really annoying. regards Manfred

Update on Development Status for various Programs

Is there someplace where I can get an idea of the various development in progress for the different programs offered by Repetier?  I noticed the mobile app has not been updated in over a year.  I purchased Server, and there are some features I would like to see.  Before I try to figure out a work around or solution, I would like to get some idea of what the plans are for the various pieces of the puzzle.

If this is already out there, could someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

The sheriff of Grayson County, Virginia, said Monday that if gun control laws proposed by Democrats passes, his division won't implement those state laws. There is no language in Saslaw's bill that will grandfather in weapons already in circulation, leaving Virginians who personal the AR-15 semiautomatic rifle concerned they may very well be charged with a Class 6 felony for a purchase order that was legal when they made it.
Unlike other jurisdictions Fauquier is just not calling itself a sanctuary county” for Second Modification rights, however the wording of the declaration puts it squarely consistent with the greater than two dozen Virginia counties that have dubbed themselves second modification sanctuaries.” Legal consultants say the proclamations are symbolic, and that regulation enforcement companies can not legally refuse to uphold Virginia laws.
I've by no means seen anything like this within the second amendment movement,” echoed Cam Edwards, a Virginia resident and former NRA TV host, and the editor of Bearing Arms, a pro-gun web site. Meaning Dwelling can travel to a state with weaker gun legal guidelines, buy them, and take them again to states with stronger legal guidelines.
http://apalicentar.com/4266/what-counties-are-in-central-florida have been also authorised by the committee, including a restrict on buying one handgun per 30 days per particular person, as well as a compulsory background examine legislation. These sorts of semi-automatic firearms, usually demonized by gun control proponents, are owned by tens of millions of American citizens and are accountable for only a fraction of gun deaths, Swearer mentioned.
Not that we should have any problems with weapons of battle being in civilian palms per se. Muskets and flintlock rifles, the predominant weapons of the revolutionary period, had been additionally weapons of battle. A top gun-rights advocate, Philip Van Cleave, president of the Virginia Citizens Protection League, denounced the special session as political theater” and mentioned the reply is to make it easier for individuals to carry weapons.
The bills that at present seem most likely to move are universal background checks, a purchase order limit for one handgun a month, a crimson flag” regulation letting authorities temporarily seize an individual's guns if he is deemed a threat, and a legislation giving local governments the flexibility to ban weapons in public areas during permitted events.
And in no state do local governments have the prerogative to declare a state or federal legislation unconstitutional without involving the courts. However in November's elections, in which Democrats took management of both chambers of the statehouse after campaigning on gun control, has changed the dynamic of this yr's event.

For the past 3 days now ive had to reinstall repetier host in order to get it to open. It works fine on the first start up be every night after I close it it refuses to reopen. It starts to launch but shortly stops responding in windows and the only way I have found to resolve it is to uninstall and delete the registry and then reinstall and it works right after reinstalling.

Any help would be appreciated!

Setting up WIFI on Pi Touchscreen,  it wont connect as its requests to set region first,  yet provides no button or mechanism to do that,   there is also nothing in the config files to set it either,  so pray tell how do you set the region?

Firmware Update without configuration.h

Hi guys,

I bought a delta printer 2nd hand and its from a manufacturer that wend out of business a while ago.

The printer does not have any "mechanical" means to adjust the bed and I am planning to add a BL touch for bed leveling. For that I need to reflash Repetier. Unfortunately I have no configuration.h.

As the printer is a bit unique what would be the best strategy?

Possibility to filter console output

Hi,

some time ago i posted https://forum.repetier.com/discussion/comment/30685 for getting console output by some bash script. This works fine. I have a followup question which is more specific to general user interface behaviour of Repetier Server.

I have a bash script that sends M408 S4 to get hardware information like MCU temperature and board status (idle, busy, ...) from my Duet controller. This information is printed to Repetier Server console. I added some custom GCode callback to get the information from the websocket. The polling is quick so i get a lot of messages per minute on the console. So my question would be: is it possible to filter out some command output from the console window? You did this with M105 by default. It would be cool if i could filter out commands from UI with regex while keeping the information in websocket.

i am polling this data to push it into an InfluxDB time series database. Finally a Grafana instance is monitoring this data for longterm analysis. This works perfectly fine at the moment.

Only problem is the console spam i create with my polling polution script :-D

by the way: I did it this more complicated way because i cannot curl the json object from Duet directly because i have a 2 factor security cascade: htuser/htpassword + device password. So my workaround idea was to trigger M command to get the desired output from Repetier Console instead. I know it would be cooler to just grab the json output from Duet Web Control application/access which is shipped with Duet 2 Ethernet.

maybe anyone has an idea?

regards, Mario

Hallo zusammen,

( https://drucktipps3d.de/forum/topic/falsche-betttemperatur-in-repetierserver/  ).

Connection problems to RP3B over Ethernet

Hi. I normally connect to my RADDS/DUE/Repetier based printer via an RP3 which provides wired ethernet connectivity to a dedicated PC running Repetier Host. I find I need to set the TCP/IP Transfer Protocol to ASCII to get decent connectivity. The issued command to the RP3 is nohup socat TCP-LISTEN:5577,reuseaddr file :/dev/ttyACM0,raw,echo=0 &

Now, I have been trying to setup Repetier Server on the host PC as a next step. There doesnt seem to be a way to specify the ASCII transfer protocol on the Printer Settings page, and this appears to be essential to get connectivity to the Due via the RP3.
Am I missing something obvious here? If not, is there some other way to configure the connection to work the same way as when I connect directly using Repetier Host?

Thanks
Tony

Selecting print causes Repetier Server disconnect

Hi,
I am using Repetier Server Pro 0.93.1 and my printer uses an SKRv1.4 controller with Marlin 2.0.5.3 firmware.
Often when I select the print icon next to the item I wish to print on the print tab, the server disconnects from my device temporarily and the print job is put in the queue and not sent to the printer.  Selecting print for the queued job causes the temporary disconnect each time it is selected.  Using the LCD/knob (firmware controller) before selecting print from Repetier Server seems to contribute to the issue, but I am not certain.  Let me know if you need any logs (and how to turn them on).
Thanks.

Multiple printer profiles via Server

I installed the server and everything works perfectly with a single printer. I installed a second printer amd I think I do not understand the way to select printer profiles. When I had the printers via serial port/usb, I selected the printer profile and could switch easily between the two.

When I connect them to the server, I select server connection and then the printer below in the drop down list - but it does not change the name shown on the screen for the printer. I need to push the Load from server button to actually load the settings for the printer.

Is there a way to set up the profiles so that they can be selected from the drop down list directly as it was with the serial connection? Thanks!

Edit: I have three printers now. One i3 clone with smaller bed and 0.3 mm nozzle. One i3 clone with larger bed and 0.5 mm nozzle, a larger nozzle will be installed when it arrives. Then a Flsun QQ-S with standard 0.4 mm nozzle. Each need different slicing profiles - these I can handle by Slic3r or Cura profiles. It would be handy if each printer could remember the last profiles used and even better, have separate slicer profiles for each printer, so it would be easier not to select the wrong profile.

REPRAP Discount smart controller lcd not working.

I am using a "Mega 2560" with a "RAPS 1.4" on top of it, though my REPRAP discount smart controller is not displaying anything. The LCD is beeping when I turn it’s encoder, and at one point of random turning and pressing, I was able to move the extruder head. I am using Repetier V092 and loaded it using Arduino 1.8.33. I know very little about using the Arduino IDE or setting up firmware in general. The mega does not have the Arduino logo on it so I am not sure if that makes a difference. Any help would be much appreciated.
