G2 arc command doesnot seem to follow feedrate commands

Hi,

I am building my own delta printer. I use a MKS GEN L v1 board with repetier firmware v1.0.

For controlling, I use Repetier server 0.93.1 installed on a raspberry pi 3b+ (with repetier image).  I have been using the repetier server with my pursa i3 for a while now and it is working good (Great job on all of these. Thank you that). Both pursa and my delta are never on at the same time. So the server is connected to only one printer at any given point.

I have a been testing my delta in cnc mode to see how it works. I am only doing dry runs as of now (no tool is connected to the mks board). All works fine when my gcode does not have G2 commands. When I use G2 commands to create arcs, one the following happens:
  1. Sometimes the arcs moves as expected - no issues.
  2. Sometimes the arcs movements speed up (even though I have the same F defined for all the lines of Gcode), but the delta is able to handle this faster movements.
  3. Sometimes the arcs movements speed up a lot and the stepper motor seems to skip steps.
All three cases can happen in the same job for different arcs and it seems to happen randomly. My printer logs don't should anything unusual (to my knowledge, attached below).

It only happens when there are G2 commands in the gcode. I did run the job after removing the G2 commands manually and it works fine. I havn't run anything with G3 command yet. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or what is causing the issue. Any help in this case would be highly appreciated.

Below is the gcode I am using, it was generated using Freecad Path Workbench and then modified manually.

WLAN Probleme, immer wieder Aussetzer

Hallo liebes Repetier-Forum,

ich hoffe ich bekomme hier auch auf Deutsch geholfen, ich glaube mein englisch ist für so technische Details nicht so super! :)

Ich habe seit gestern einen Raspberry Pi 4 mit 2GB, original RPi 5,1V 3A Netzteil und original RPi 7 Zoll Touchdisplay. Aufgesetzt mit der aktuellen Repetier-Server-Version und auch soweit funktionsfähig eingerichtet habe ich ständig Aussetzer im WLAN, hab dann mal ein Ping dauerhaft laufen lassen und sehe immer wieder das sporadisch kein Ping durchgeht.

WLAN geht über Fritzbox 7590 womit ich allgemein sonst keine Probleme habe.

Habe den Repetier-AP schon deaktiviert und das WLAN über die XML-Datei eingerichtet.

Hat da schon jemand Erfahrungen oder Lösungen für mich?

Filament Runout not pushing message to Repetier-Informer

Hi,
I am using Repetier Server Pro 0.93.1 on a Raspberry Pi 3B+ and my printer uses an SKRv1.4 controller with Marlin 2.0.5.3 firmware.
The log below contains the line:

I have added this to /usr/local/Repetier-Server/firmware/repetier.xml as:
<response type="outOfFilament">^echo:Insert filament and send M108</response>
And various variations including:
<response type="outOfFilament">Insert filament</response>
And rebooted the server each time, however whenever the firmware detects a jam, the message is not pushed to Repetier-Informer (all other messages work in Repetier-Informer, and all message types are turned on in Repetier-Server).

Is there something else I am misssing?

Hotend not heating

Hello

I just mounted an Ulticampy with two hotend and a hotbed.

Board : Arduino Mega and Ramps 1.4

The first hotend well work and heat.
The hotbed work and heat.
Both are well regulated in temperature

The second hotend do not heat. I start to heat and after a fee second it stop by security.

To see if it is an hardware issue I swap the two hotend. Still not working for the second one but the first one work (no issue on hotend and temperature sensor).

After that I change the Ramps to see if the mofset on the board is not dead but still not working.

I change the ARDUINO Mega to see if it is not the output commanding the mofset who is dead but steel not working.

So I have change all the hardware so it should be the software.

The only think that I do not understand is on the Ramps you have leds when the mofset are on.

For the first hotend and the hotbed the leds are bright and nice when the are heating.
For the second hotend the led is very low in brigthnes compare to the two other and it is blinking. Why I do not know????

Do some one face the same issue?
Can you support me?

How to send g-code to printer using Host

I am trying to calibrate my X and Y axes, and need to send the M503 command to the printer to see what the current values are. 

But when I use the Manual Control section of the GUI to send "M503" I get a "Unknown Command: Nxxxx M503".  So what is the correct incantation to send a command to the printer.  It's not obvious from the documentation.


Extruder Numbering Confusion

I have recently re-flashed my Da Vinci Duo 2.0 with the Repetier firmware.  While I have been able to print out some objects, the numbering of the extruders is not intuitive.  The printer's menu refers to the "RIGHT" and "LEFT" extruders which make sense.  But the Host software refers to "Extruder 1" and "Extruder 2", and when I initially connect to the printer using the Host, I can see the command "SelectExtruder:0".  So which is which?  And how do I control which extruder will be used to print an object?

How do I run Repetier-server without admin privileges on a Windows10 laptop.
I want to run the software on a works laptop.  Because of IT security admin privileges is reserved to HQ.
I cannot get Admin sign-in every time I want to run the software.

CR10 S PRO and REPETIER HOST , the printer is well connected to Repetier (button "connec t", logs received...) but no functions are operational ??? (move the axis, home etc..) and none gcodes sent works..  An idea? Thanks

Delta printer does not see endstops

Hello guys,

Due to the quarantine periods I have dusted off my 3d printer that I've bought some 4 years ago.
Back then when I got it to print it worked for a bit and then started skipping layers.
I was told back then the firmware was flashed with a version of the Arduino IDE that was too "new".

The problem I had then, and now again, was that whenever I tell the printer to find it's home position it will go up (after finding the correct way to plug in the motor plugs to the board) and hit the end stops.
After it hits the endstops it will not stop going up.
The little screen that came with it shows that the endstop is on when they get hit, but it does not react accordingly.

I've tried several config files, including the ones that had been send to me by the company who sold me the printer back then.
I have also tried setting up a new firmware version using the repetier tool and with the information i could gather from the given config's.
Below is the result of that.
My last hope is that I could find some help with this problem here.

layers not aligned. I make a small rectangle and the sides are at 45 degrees.

Dear Sir: 
Printer worked fine yesterday and I was making those Montana Masks for friends. Today when I print the layers are not aligned. I tried printing a rectangle (60mm length, 20mm width, and 20 mm height) and the ends are at 45 degrees. The ends should be 90 degrees. You can see the print head is moving one layer at a time to the left along the length of the rectangle.. The belts are tight. This has to be a setting someplace. I am using Repitier host is V2.1.6. Printer is a TronXY 3sx with Marlin v2.05 I think. Any ideas? Oh, the board is a Melzi V2.05. Also, the ends are too well printed to be a random print problem. I am using Slice3r which worked great yesterday. I also tried Cura and that did not work either. Could be be a virus? Never heard of such a thing, but who knows.

Hallo Freunde!

Ich nutze Repetier Server seit ca. 4 Wochen und habe bis dato keinerlei Probleme gehabt. Ich nutze das ganze mit dem aktuellen Raspberry Pi mit 2GB RAM. Seit 2 Tagen kämpfe ich mit dem Artillery Sidewinder X1 und Repetier Server mit extremen Problemen. Kein Druck gelingt, mitten im Druck, egal ob nach 3mm, oder 1cm, oder 2cm, 5cm...er macht wahllos an irgend einer Stelle dann eine Unterextrusion, das mehrere Schichten, danach funktioniert er wieder problemlos. Gestern Nacht einen 3h Druck laufen lassen, heute morgen Spaghetti wohin man schaut. Das gleiche wieder. Das Objekt habe ich nun schon 5x neu gesliced, jedes mal das gleiche, aber die Unterextrusion beginnt wahllos an irgend einem Punkt, egal wo. Das entscheidet immer der Zufall. Von Samstag zu Sonntag habe ich ein großes 9h Projekt gedruckt, hier ging das Problem nach ca. 7h los, dort hab ich massive Layershifts gehabt und auch teils Unterextrusion. Von MicroSD druckt mein Drucker jedes Objekt einwandfrei. Ich bekomme seitdem keinen einzigen Druck mehr einwandfrei hin. Jeder Druck kommt so raus wie der vorherige.

Ist das Problem bekannt?

I use rumba32 with repertier server and as mk4duo and klipper firmware (in test). I was wondering if there is a way to program the card directly from the repetier server. I for mk4duo generate a .hex file from the arduino compiler 1.8.10. Thank you very much for helping. Lorenzo

Repetier Server with Hyperpixel 4 touchscreen?

Has anyone had any luck using the Pimoroni Hyperpixel 4 with Repetier Server?  The Hyperpixel install script works just fine on a standard Raspbian install, but for some reason when I run it on the Repetier Server Raspberry Pi image, the display refuses to work, despite the install script completing without error.  There's something in the Repetier Server image that disagrees with the Hyperpixel, but I have no idea what.  Any ideas?

When I take a drawing that has been done on Inventor in mm to Repetier it is not the same size. Repetier is also set to mm.

How can I fix this?

is it possible to change this yellowish (i think #d39e3b) colour accents on the touch menu?
i found a css with many of these colorcodes at 
/usr/local/Repetier-Server/www/modules/front2/www/css/
How is the address to access this page from a pc browser to inspect all elements?

Would be nice if you can implement a variable wich can be loaded from the settings. Or just a dropdown for different themes

Hallo, ich habe gerade mein RASPI mit 7'' Display server neu aufgesetzt (korruptes File-System).

leider bekomme ich jetzt beim eingeben des Lizensschlüssels folgende Meldung:

 "Error communicationg with License server:400" … usw...

Der Raspi hat Zugang zum Internet z.B. ping www.apple.com ist alles ok
 
aber bei:
